CONCRETE LIFTING AND LEVELING
We are the only company in Utah licensed and certified to offer both classic mudjacking and polyurethane concrete lifting.
Polyurethane foam concrete lifting is the newest technology in concrete repair. We drill smaller holes than classic mudjacking but are able to more effectively fill any void and lift any concrete slab. We inject a two part polyurethane into the drilled holes which then reacts and starts expanding lifting the slab as it expands.
Concrete Sealing
Utah’s harsh winters and extreme summers can take a toll on your concrete driveways and sidewalks. We have a solution that helps!
Did you know that simply sealing your concrete every 5 years will drastically extend its lifespan and improve curb appeal. We use a simple process of pressure washing all surfaces to free it from harsh salts, dirt and oil. After washing and allowing it to dry, we then apply penetrating sealant to the surface. Using a sealer will increase the lifespan and value of your home.
Concrete Grinding
Believe it or not, sometimes lifting your concrete is not the best option. We offer concrete grinding services to help in those times.
Many of our competitors will pressure you into lifting when in reality the best option is to just grind down small spots to avoid trip hazards. We can identify and recommend which option is best for your needs.
Crack sealing
The one guarantee you have with concrete is that it will always crack overtime. We can help slow down the damage from cracked concrete.
We use a specialized product to grind out and clean any cracks in your concrete. After cleaning, if the crack is large enough we fill it with a special backer and then seal the crack to keep out the elements.
Deep foamjection
Unstable and collapsing soil can wreak havoc on your concrete. We are the only certified DEEP FOAMJECTION contractor in the state of Utah.
We use a special patented process to fill gaps in your unstable soils and form a root system using recycled polyurethane materials. With our process we can stabilize and strengthen your soil up to 15 feet below the surface.
Soil stabilization
Does your concrete keep sinking and you’re not sure why? Let one of our certified technicians come and identify the issue.
Not only can we lift any concrete slab back to its original position, we can also stabilize the underlying soils to make sure the repair stays true for years to come.
